What's Your Purpose?

How many times have Marlene and I looked at each other during the last 1 1/2 years and asked each other... how long is this market going to continue.

And yes, isn't hindsight 20/20. We wished we would have bought a rental property, a condo, or another house. Think of th equity we could have made in the past 2 years... and then it's easy to beat ourselves up for not taking action in the past.

We have lots of clients telling us th same thing... but there is one question to ask yourself, that will bring you back to reality. What is your purpose? Once you have figured that out.... it really doesn't matter if the real estate market is up or down or if the stock market is bull or bear.
